BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

At YutoriReiki, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved and prepared especially for you.

Appointments are intentionally spaced to preserve the     privacy, stillness and unhurried atmosphere of the Ryokan. These terms help ensure that every client receives the same care, consideration and dedicated time.

By making a booking with YutoriReiki, you agree to the     following Booking Terms & Conditions.

🌸Appointments

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Reiki Ryōhō appointments begin and end at their scheduled times. We kindly invite you to arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment so that you have time to settle into the Ryokan without feeling rushed.

Please do not arrive substantially earlier than this, as       another client's private appointment may still be taking place.

🌸Late Arrivals

We understand that unexpected delays can happen.

If you arrive after your scheduled start time, you are still very welcome to attend. However, your Reiki Ryōhō will need to finish at the originally scheduled end time so that the following appointment is not affected.

The full fee for the booked Ryōhō will still apply.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time, there may no longer be sufficient time for your Ryōhō to take place.

In this circumstance, the appointment will be cancelled and a £25 late cancellation fee will apply.

Where card details are securely held by our booking or  payment provider and you have authorised us to do so, the fee may be charged to the payment method associated with your booking.

Any outstanding fee must be settled before another appointment can be booked

Please let YutoriReiki know as soon as possible if you      expect to arrive late.

Please include your name and estimated arrival time.

Text messaging is the quickest way to contact YutoriReiki while another client's Ryōhō is taking place, when telephone calls cannot be answered.

If you are driving, please do not use your phone while your vehicle is moving. Contact us before beginning your journey, ask a passenger to send the message, or stop somewhere safe before contacting us.

Your safety is always more important than arriving on time.

🌸Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice may be moved to another available appointment without a cancellation fee.

Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, a £25 late cancellation fee will apply.

Any outstanding cancellation fee must be settled before another appointment can be booked.

🌸No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted YutoriReiki beforehand, your appointment will be considered a no-show.

A £25 no-show fee will apply and must be settled before another appointment can be booked.

🌸Prepaid Courses & Packages

Appointments forming part of a prepaid course or package are subject to the same cancellation and late-arrival arrangements.

At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment forming part of a package.

If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, an appointment is missed without notice, or an appointment cannot proceed because you arrive more than 15 minutes late, that Ryōhō will be considered used and deducted from your prepaid package.

The missed Ryōhō cannot be refunded, transferred or rescheduled.

🌸Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances sometimes occur.

YutoriReiki may, at its discretion, waive or amend a late cancellation fee where there are exceptional circumstances.

Any exception is considered individually and does not alter these Booking Terms & Conditions for future appointments.

Please never put yourself or anyone else at risk simply to avoid a cancellation or late-arrival fee.

🌸Payment

The price applicable to your appointment will be the price displayed or communicated at the time of booking.

Where advance payment or a deposit is required, your booking will be confirmed in accordance with the payment arrangements shown during the booking process.

Any outstanding balance should be paid in accordance with the payment instructions provided by YutoriReiki.

🌸Refunds

Payments for Ryōhō that have already been provided are non-refundable.

Refunds for cancelled appointments will be considered in accordance with the cancellation terms above and any applicable consumer rights.

Where a prepaid course or package has been purchased, any applicable refund will take account of Ryōhō already received and the terms under which the package was purchased.

Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict your statutory rights.

🌸If YutoriReiki Needs to Cancel

Very occasionally, YutoriReiki may need to cancel or rearrange an appointment due to illness, emergency or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible and offered an alternative appointment.

If you have prepaid for an individual appointment and do not wish to reschedule following a cancellation by YutoriReiki, the amount paid for that appointment will be refunded.

For prepaid packages, the affected Ryōhō will remain available to use and will not be forfeited.

YutoriReiki cannot accept responsibility for additional expenses or consequential losses resulting from an appointment being cancelled or rearranged, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

🌸Reiki Ryōhō

Reiki is a complementary wellbeing practice and is not a substitute for appropriate medical or other professional healthcare.

YutoriReiki does not diagnose medical conditions,           prescribe medication or provide medical treatment.

No particular result or outcome from Reiki Ryōhō can be guaranteed.

Clients remain responsible for their own healthcare decisions and should seek advice from an appropriately   qualified healthcare professional regarding medical       concerns, symptoms, diagnoses or treatment decisions.

🌸Health & Wellbeing Information

Please let YutoriReiki know about any relevant health,     mobility, pregnancy, injury or wellbeing considerations that may affect your comfort during your visit.

Any personal information you provide will be handled in  accordance with the YutoriReiki Privacy Policy.

🌸Conduct & Respect

YutoriReiki is intended to provide a peaceful, safe and      respectful environment.

We reserve the right to decline or end an appointment where a client's behaviour is abusive, threatening,            discriminatory, inappropriate or presents a risk to the   practitioner, the client or others.

Where an appointment is ended because of inappropriate behaviour, a refund may not be provided where permitted by law.

🌸Personal Belongings

Please take reasonable care of your personal belongings while visiting the Ryokan.

YutoriReiki cannot accept responsibility for loss of or   damage to personal belongings except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot otherwise lawfully be excluded.

By booking an appointment, course or package with YutoriReiki, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read these Booking Terms & Conditions and agree to the terms applicable to your booking.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
